Monkey Banana Pops
Shhh! Despite the fact that the ingredients of this recipe are quite literally what I would happily feed a child for breakfast, when you make them like this, it’s transformed from daily healthy foods into an exciting treat.
What You’ll Need For This Recipe
- Bananas
- Greek yoghurt (or use coconut yoghurt for a dairy-free option)
- Peanut butter
- Cacao nibs
- Paddle pop sticks
How To Make This With Kids
- The part that requires a little bit of finesse is the yoghurt coating. This is better done by an adult.
- The decorating is the best part for kids – peanut butter and cacao nibs – it’s like arts and craft!
